Istanbul Builders Association was established in 1967 in order to meet the economic, professional and cultural needs of its members who design, build, make, produce and sell residential building contracting in Turkey, to ensure professional solidarity and to represent them in public institutions and organisations.
Our association, which has been established by entrepreneurs who have adopted the international standards and professional ethics using contemporary information and the latest technology, has been the most effective non-governmental organisation in our country since our establishment, and has also served in the public sphere at certain times and has provided interim services to institutions such as S.S.K., BAG-KUR. As İNDER, our primary goals are to solve the common problems faced by our members in professional, technical and administrative areas, to be effective in the light of the feedback we receive from our members in communication with the relevant institutions and organisations in the construction processes of laws and regulations and to solve the problem at the source. As İNDER, it is to follow the process as the pioneer of our members and the sector with the contractor report card processes in the professional sense related to the concept of contracting. As İNDER, we work in cooperation with other disciplines and other non-governmental organisations in our sector. As İNDER, we share informative statements to our citizens about the issues that make up the agenda related to our sector through written and visual media. As İNDER, we continue to be the leading non-governmental organisation of the sector since our establishment.
